What is the version on web different from the docker?

Hi!

I have attached to screenshots using the same text пока пока (Russia) to english. until then is the response by using the https://libretranslate.com/ site and the while is using the localhost version. I have tried the latest docker image (published 9 days ago) libretranslate/libretranslate:latest, the libretranslate/libretranslate:v1.7.2. and libretranslate/libretranslate:v1.6.

Any clue of why Im getting two different responses even if I doing the same request?

Is there any attribute/argument missing in my set up?

I can confirm that:

  1. my on-prem libretranslate:v1.7.3 instance translates Russian “пока пока” as “while”.
  2. libretranslate . com translates Russian “пока пока” as “until then”

Note: in my opinion the correct translation of “пока пока” is “Bye Bye”

The model versions @pierotofy runs on LibreTranslate.com aren’t necessarily 100% identical to the Argos Translate Index. If you’re a native speaker and notice that one model is consistently better please let us know because that is useful information.
