Hi everyone, I’m trying to run libretranslate using docker.desktop in order to see how it works, and therefore later on further develop it.
I can’t seem to have it working. I pulled the image, but when I run it, it tells me that it’s running but the logs aren’t showing and I can’t reach the localhost URL
I tried inserting screenshots but the forum won’t let me.
Am I missing something ?
I’m running windows 11 pro.
Did you follow the instructions on GitHub - LibreTranslate/LibreTranslate: Free and Open Source Machine Translation API. Self-hosted, offline capable and easy to setup. ?
Hi Pierotofy, thank you for responding. In the meantime, I was able to run it - the difference with before is that before I was pulling the image on the docker.desktop app and clicking on the “run” button. This time around, I used Terminal and ran the commands from the instructions on the GitHub page, and I was able to see all the logs, and finally it was running.
