As a longtime Google Translate user, I recently discovered open-source alternatives like LibreTranslate. While exploring LibreTranslate’s website, a question crossed my mind: Can I support this project solely by using this site instead of Google Translate? I couldn’t find a feedback or approval button for translations, which led to this question.
Does LibreTranslate use a machine learning system that gets better and better with user activity, or is it just a pre-learned model and user activity has no effect?
As a user (not a developer), I’m eager to learn about ways to contribute to this project. Please share some options.
