I’ve been trying to trying to translate a docx file for about a day now and it just remains hanging. Is there any way to tell what’s going wrong? I’ve tried stripping images, stripping formatting, and using different browsers, and I get the same result every time (or rather a lack thereof).
Short of editing some of the code to enable more debugging, I would delete the text of the docx at the half way point. Try to translate that. If it succeeds, the problem is in the bottom half. If it fails it’s in the top half. Repeat the same process until you can narrow down the exact line / paragraph.
