enhancement help wanted

At the moment, there are only amd64 builds available on dockerhub. However, it w…ould be helpful to also support arm builds. ## Problem I am developing a service in need of a tranlator that should be able to run in a local network without internet connectivity. I'd like to be able to deploy everything related to this service on one machine, however the only machine available is using arm (as also e.g. the rpi4).

Ctranslate2 on RaspberryPi 4

My question is for the support of Ctranslate2 on Raspberry Pi 4. Also, for just to know, do ctranslate2 is only for Intel hardwares as it depends on Intel’s MKL lib.
