API not translate full content

I’m planning to buy the api-key but first i tested it on your website, some texts doesn’t translated. Is it possible to add a words to translate in your api?

Hello,

I noticed that some texts with Uppercase does not translate in the api. Is there a way to edit it out in the code?
I tried to translate the english to french of Chubby Asian Girl but it result is still Chubby Asian Girl
